What does chootiya mean?

salam bros n sistas ... 1 grl frm ma class called me chutiya ... i asked her ot it meant .. she didn't say wot language is that and what does it mean?

Chootiya means pony tail in Urdu. I don't know if kids have turn this into slang word nowdays. Next time she calls you chootiya call her chootiya as well. Good or bad same to you. 

There is another word, Khootiya, that means B!###. I hope she is not calling you that

This word belongs to the category of words like bastard, ***** etc and is used in subcontient region when you are in fighting with another person...The language is either Hindi or Urdu.. 

But this can also be used in slang language when too very very close friends are talking with eachother and try to convey the message that they are very free with eachother.... 

I don't know whether that girl is your best friend or in quarrel with you..... 

But in any way this words is below standard word not to be used either Islamically or ethically or morally...
